Vallentine Mitchell was founded over sixty years ago, with Anne Frank’s Diary as one of their earliest publications. In the 1990s they launched The Library of Holocaust Testimonies and have now published over 60 books in the series. Vallentine Mitchell’s primary areas of publication are Jewish history, culture and heritage, Jewish thought, the Holocaust, and Middle Eastern history, politics and culture, for both the scholar and the general reader.
