The fourth volume of Morgantina Studies reports on the excavations, finds, and chronology of the protohistoric settlement on the Citadella at Morgantina, excavated between 1957 and 1970. It is the first substantial habitation site of the period to have been revealed in central Sicily, and valuable information was obtained regarding the nature of dwellings and burials, together with a wide range of artifacts.
